How it all started.
How it all started.
In April 2017, our founder, Priscilla Ihenacho, was impressed with the vision to birth Pillars of Love. She put together a 20-woman team of passionate and like-minded people to give back to communities and better other people’s lives. They began monthly fellowships, annual fundraising walks, sales of merchandise, back-to-school donation drives for school books, school bags, clothes, and foodstuff for the mothers, as well as funds for scholarships.
Investing in Education and Health for Sustainable Development
According to USAID, when children and youth are prepared to go to school, learn, and gain the skills they need for life and work, they can build more hopeful and prosperous futures for themselves, their families, communities, and countries. In line with Sustainable Development Goals 3 and 4 and their targets, our activities are geared toward contributing our quota to Good Health, Well-being, and Quality Education.
